		<description>Tom has introduced me to his progressive relaxation CD.  Oh, my.  He suggests I say one word, breathing in, another word, breathing out...to keep my focus.  Mmmmhmmm...  I&#039;m not supposed to have to refocus every single in/out!!!  But sometimes I do.  Even so, if I show up and DO it, my day is better.  :)</description>
