considering the lilies

Probably 75% of my anxiety revolves around a false sense of scarcity of time. I want to do five thousand things, and I have time to do three. Or I won’t have enough time to do things next week, or before I get sick, or die.

Consider the thistles of the field, Katy!  They are not worried about finishing their homework or the laundry!

Oh, Katy, I so understand “needing” to do thousands of things and only finishing three.

When I retired, I told myself if I do ONE a day, that’s enough. :) But, yes, I still get bogged down in feeling I should be able to do more.

Thanks for sharing that Barb. I think I have a *fantasy* that I’ll feel different in retirement. But of course, it will still be *me*.

One thing a day sounds like a great accomplishment!
