I get a three day weekend soon.

Compared to yesterday, 27 degrees felt so warm this morning that I left my coat unzipped.

Happy’s dog walker friend is coming at a perfect time for me to manage my evening schedule.

I’m ridiculously busy, but I am not bored!

I have high class problems today.

I sat.  I finally sat.  For an hour.  I liked it.

On my morning walk with Happy, I got in touch with wanting to be in a body, maybe for the first time in my life.

This month, I “get to” see a chiropractor, a physical therapist, a massage therapist, and today – acupuncture!  Physical therapy felt like someone was using a giant wrench to threaten my hip into shape, but acupuncture felt like being washed in a warm bath of sunlight.

It looks like another storm is headed this way but today I’m grateful for the clear sidewalk, the sun, and the blue sky.

Saturday we celebrated the life of a dear, dear friend who has moved on from this world. I am so thankful for having shared some time with her.
